Ricky Breazeale, FOUNDER AND CEO

Ricky has 13 years of experience in the spray foam insulation industry. Ricky has worked in every area of spray foam insulation, including contracting, distribution, and manufacturing. He has also worked in sales, technical support and installation. Ricky knows the industry, serves the industry, and now owns and operates Grace Foam Solutions (GFS)...a spray foam distribution company "created BY the contractor FOR the contractor!"

Ricky finds joy in helping his customers succeed in the industry. He is not just your distribution solution; he is truly your business partner! He offers free technical assistance to his loyal customer base.

Brent Duguid, Chief Operations Officer

After 25 years dedicated to education, Brent Duguid decided to channel his passion for hands-on work into a new venture. As Chief Operations Officer of Grace Foam Solutions, Brent brings a wealth of diverse experiences to the table.

Brent's journey began at ACE Hardware, where he developed a strong foundation in the trades. From there, he ventured into entrepreneurship, owning an auto body shop and running a successful handyman, real estate, and renovation business. His knack for problem-solving and craftsmanship led him to serve as the Career and Technical Dean at a local community college for over a decade.

However, it was during a personal project—building his father-in-law's house—that Brent discovered his true fascination: foam. The intricate process of foam application captured his imagination, sparking a passion that would shape his future endeavors.

When the opportunity arose to partner with his wife, Stephanie, and local friends Ricky and Jessica Breazeale in establishing Grace Foam Solutions, Brent knew it was the perfect fit. With his expertise in hands-on work and a genuine desire to help others, Brent embodies the ethos of a servant leader.

The new venture in Wesson embodies the spirit of community, faith, and hard work. Brent and Ricky feel that Grace Foam Solutions is a blessing to launch a faith-based company that not only produces American-made products but also actively supports our local community. The company is a living testament to the values instilled throughout their life experiences.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Brent finds fulfillment in his family life. Married to his wife Stephanie for over 26 years, he cherishes their journey together. Together, they raise three remarkable children: Jocelynn, an ER nurse, and their teenage boys, Brendon and Dalton.

At Grace Foam Solutions, Brent's dedication to quality craftsmanship and unwavering commitment to service drive the company forward. Whether it's connecting with foam contractors or supporting the local community, Brent Duguid is a guiding force, embodying the spirit of excellence and compassion in everything he does.

Dr. Stephanie Duguid, Chief Strategic Officer

Bringing over three decades of educational expertise to the forefront of her new venture, Dr. Stephanie Duguid embodies the spirit of transformation and empowerment at Grace Foam Solutions. As the Chief Strategic Officer, Stephanie's vision and leadership drive the company's mission forward.

Throughout her illustrious career in education, Dr. Stephanie was renowned for her innovative thinking and her relentless pursuit of empowering women in leadership roles. As a thought leader, professional speaker, and mentor, she has dedicated herself to unlocking the potential of individuals and organizations alike.

With a keynote titled "Exponentially Elevate Your Impact as a Leader," Dr. Stephanie captivates audiences with her insights and strategies for driving positive change. Her passion for empowering women extends beyond the boardroom, as she actively mentors aspiring leaders to reach new heights of success.

Jessica Breazeale, Chief Marketing Officer

Jessica owns & operates JBConsulting, a full-service marketing firm for clients across the United States.

Jessica teaches public speaking and journalism at Copiah-Lincoln Community College (Co-Lin) in Wesson.

Jessica and Ricky have been married 16years, and they have a teenager named Walker who has grown up in and around the spray foam industry.

Anyone who knows Breazeale knows she absolutely loves her hometown of Wesson, Miss...she values community, philanthropy, education, public health and economic development.

Jessica is a 2000 graduate of Wesson High School where she was Homecoming Queen, Wesson’s Miss Founder’s Day Queen and Nena Smith Dancer of the Year. She was a 2003 graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College where she was Miss Co-Lin, Colette Captain, Sojourners show choir member, Concert Choir member, Phi Theta Kappa officer, SGA, Trailblazers, Diamond Doll, etc.

Jessica graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication & Journalism with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in theater in 2006, where she was Dixie Darling Captain and starred in USM Theater productions.

Breazeale also received a master of science from USM in public relations and worked for USM Office of Admissions as a recruiter at both the Hattiesburg and Gulf Park campuses.

Breazeale has been a public relations practitioner for nearly 20 years and began her career working in entertainment on the Disney Cruise Line. She also spent four years working in tobacco education and prevention with a local non-profit and Tobacco-Free Alabama.

She has served in various PR & marketing roles within multiple industries. Holding an Accreditation in Public Relations (APR), Breazeale has won numerous public relations awards and is a board member of Pine Belt’s Public Relations Association of Mississippi, serving as the professional development chair. She currently serves as President of the Co-Lin Blue Wave Band and Colette Alumni Association, member of USM Dixie Darling Alumni, Co-Lin Foundation Lifetime Member & more.
